Mountain Island man reported missing

Titus Boswell

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a 25-year-old Mountain Island Lake man who has been missing since March 7.

As of the Monitor’s April 4 press time, police were still looking for Titus Boswell, of Spyglass Place, a short street off Pawtucket Road, not too far from Pawtucket Golf Club.

“Titus Boswell left his residence on March 7, and he has not been seen or heard of since,” according to a news release from Police Public Affairs Officer R.D. Harrington. “Family members have stated that it’s highly unusual for Mr. Boswell not to contact his family daily.”

Harrington said Boswell is an African American man, 5 feet-7 inches tall and 195 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Police ask anyone who has seen or had contact with Boswell to call Detective D.L. Ring in the Missing Person’s Unit at 980-333-7039.
