Gastonia law enforcement seeks help in stolen goods case

GASTONIA – The Gaston County Police Department is asking for help with locating 500 cases of Belton T-shirts and briefs believed to have been stolen from a Gaston County warehouse.

The shirts and briefs are packaged in a blue wrapper and were sold at flea markets and locally owned stores throughout the region. Anyone who has purchased any of these goods should contact the police department as he or she is a victim of purchasing stolen goods.

Crime Stoppers also will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of a suspect in this crime. Anyone with information or tips should call Crime Stoppers at 704-861-8000 or Sergeant J.R. Rollins at 704-866-3320.
